Indian Rock Bee Honey (Apis dorsata) is a large honey bee native to South and South-east Asia. They are very aggressive in protecting their hive which are built on rocky cliffs or on huge trees or on big building in cityscapes. Being 1.5-2 cms and a painful sting, it requires special skills to harvest them.
Avoid feeding this honey to infants below two years.
